Lisa is a graduate of the Graphic Design Technology program at Santa Fe College. She also holds a B.A. from UF with a focus on Architecture, Political Science and Environmental Conservation. She remembers “drawing” on the early apple computers when she was a kid and has always loved art. Graphic and web design combines the best of all of her worlds – drawing, technology and the love of helping others! She loves the team she has the privilege of working along side as well as the wonderful friendships that we have formed with many of our clients.

Primary responsibility: Start the relationship with the clients, establish the project, oversee progress and rally the team. She also heads up the direction on Search engine Optimization and still gets to do some graphic design work herself.

Kristine Laswell is a graduate of Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio with a focus on Business and Human Resources. She has always been on time and very organized! Wife to a very smart and adorable man and mom of a 3 year old little girl, Emma, which brings out the kid in her and creativity (which she didn't even know existed)!
Her favorite things about working at Blu Dove:
- Love working with very creative graphic designers that really put their heart & soul into each and every project ~ teamwork!

John Fearing earned an Associates degree in Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe Community College. While working on his degree from Santa Fe he was asked to become a teaching assistant within the program, which he enjoyed immensely. While working as a TA he got to help other students with their problems but also learned a lot from the students at the same time. John is working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design). He enjoys studying all things about design and related industries.
John is also a believer in a balanced lifestyle, he enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, doing the things that make him happy. All of these life experiences are what make him a good designer because if you really think about it, our work is really just an expression of our life experience.
Primary Responsibility: Support the Blu Dove team as needed developing artwork and assembling web sites. He is located in Savannah, GA.

Natalie is a graduate from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. She holds a B.S. degree in advertising and an outside concentration in art. She finds it rewarding to wake up everyday and have the opportunity “play” at work. The best and the most challenging thing about advertising and design is taking our surroundings, channeling it into a design concept and making sure the idea is one step ahead of everyone else.
Her favorite things about working at Blu Dove:

Primary responsibility: Supporting the Blu Dove Designs team in sales & marketing, assisting clients with their needs, maintaining social networking accounts and seo analysis and maintenance on client accounts.

Her passions: Art (particularly abstract), painting, design (particularly packaging), brand loyalty and the ocean

Dakota has been with the team from the beginning. He was born & adopted the same year Blu Dove Designs was born, in 2003. The first year of the company he spent every day with her in her office while she worked from home. He encouraged her, made her get up and take breaks and has also been a source of inspiration.
Dakota usually does not mind posing for the camera. He has appeared in a few of Lisa's designs, including Francks Pharmacy Vet Catalog and Daytime Dogs web site!
Primary Responsibility: Support the Blu Dove Design team and keep them smiling
His favorite things about working at Blu Dove:
- Greeting everyone that comes in the door.
- Spending time with "mom" (Lisa) on Fridays.
- The freedom to sleep, play or do whatever he wants
His Passions: Sleeping whenever possible, dog day adventures with his friends Lucy and Riley, chewing on a Busy Bone, enjoying the company of his best friend, Nemo
Thing he is most grateful for: Having such a wonderful family who loves him and a big huge farm to run around on!

Her name is pronounced like the first part of the word, "sugar" and though she looks tough, she's really just a big marshmellow! Sug joined the team in 2008 and is now 1 year old.
Lisa and her husband Andy decided to adopt her from a neighbor and give her a good home, shortly after she showed up on their door-step and just didn't want to leave. Shug started coming to the office as part of dog day Fridays. She LOVES people and making friends with new dogs!
Primary Responsibility: Keep the Blu Dove team smiling and in shape!
Her favorite things about working at Blu Dove:
- Greeting everyone that comes in the door (that came to see HER)
- The freedom to sleep whenever she wants.
- Walks around the block with Janeen and her dogs Miles and Honey Bear.
Her Passions: Running top speed around the farm, playing with her friends from next door, spending time with people
